As laboratory equipment is unpacked from the shipping container, newly hired technicians are learning how to operate each piece and begin to setup a testing laboratory. Mr. Aron Quist and Dr. Gobena Huluka, both BAA Board Members, began the initial training in Waliso. Chemical reagents were unpacked and safely stored as well as solutions made for soil, water, and plant tissue testing. Once the equipment and the technicians have fully learned the processes and equipment, the laboratory will be accepting samples from the community and beyond.
